Terms of Service

Last updated: April 10, 2026

Using GhostHost

GhostHost lets you upload and share video files without creating an account. By using this service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

All files are automatically and permanently deleted 60 days after upload. We may also remove content at any time at our discretion.

What's not allowed

Don't upload content that:

GhostHost is not designed or intended to be used to hide illegal conduct. Violations may result in content removal and loss of access to the service.

Anonymity

GhostHost does not require an account. However, we cannot guarantee full anonymity.

Your IP address is received by our servers on every request — that's a basic property of the internet. We don't actively publish it, but it may exist in infrastructure-level logs we don't directly control. Legal requests from authorities could compel disclosure of any available data.

If anonymity is important to you, use a VPN or Tor. GhostHost makes no guarantee of protection from identification.

No warranty

The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uptime, content preservation, or uninterrupted access. Use GhostHost at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss of content or damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
